I highlight the attitude of another hairdresser who came to try to help and fix the cut that her colleague gave me, but in the same way they charged me the money without any type of discount, even though they did the opposite and left my hair awful."

He had 1st available. She then took him??? Don't understand why pick a stylist and get a time to be moved back another 30 min??. I should have put 1st available. Just lost a customer."
