"The girls here working are truly not helpful. I purchased 4 tubes of hair color, wanted to exchange 2 of them (It is my fault I bought Demi instead of permanent) but they wanted to charge me EXTRA because I didn't return ALL FOUR even though I only wanted to switch out two?! They seriously were next level not helpful and looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to just exchange the two items I had bought 24 hours prior."

"Did not have the product I was looking for so they sent me to their Spanish fork store which they also didn’t have what they said they had and said to try the springville store again but they said Spanish fork would have some."
