"If you want groceries and the right groceries, DO NOT do pick up here. Each time my wife or I have broken down and needed to do a pick-up order, we've had them tell us multiple times that items are unavailable, and even some substitutions weren't available, only to go into the store and pick up the exact items they've told us they don't have. They've now screwed us for Christmas. My wife broke her ankle the other day, so we did a pickup order, gave us wrong items, and completely ignored others. This time, they didn't even tell us all of the items missing. I've talked to customer service multiple times inside the store about this and even showed them the pickup slip and the receipt from right after, and nothing has improved. They clearly don't care."

"Normally Springville Smiths does a fine job. However recently you changed the containers for sushi. The new containers do not even stay together long enough to get home. I feel really bad about this choice you made. It has made the food I purchased from you bad. It was not cheap to purchase. The containers you send it in should not be cheap like the new blue containers. Please make better choices with your clients in mind."

"Update: check out line wait is consistently 20- 30 mins. Reams and Macy’s are way quicker. Photo is line for one check out . Smiths has a lot going for it: fresh produce, High quality meats, amazing organic options and really nice/helpful employees. The huge downfall is the DIGITAL COUPONS. So many items require them and the coupon app is not user friendly. Half the time the coupon doesn’t scan anyway and I end up getting charged more. If the prices were straight forward, it would save so much time and I would shop here all the time."

"First impressions were shock and ah at the size of the building and all that was sold at this location. Clean and full look, impressed first thing. Then you start shopping and notice the details: messy floors, water leaks, empty shelves, and poor staff interaction. Meat department is the winner of this place, full and clean. Dairy department….yikes! This department needs some serous TLC. Overall to a guest this place is rockn’. If you’ve worked in a grocery store before or a retail location (Me: Target 12 years), the misses and lack of attention to details are abundant. Last, guest basics: when the cashier stops ringing up items and stands there saying nothing, what do you think should happen? I don’t know, maybe speak to the guest and inform them what’s going on. Crazy idea I know, cashiers taking to guests. Then when there is no bagger and the guest who you just don’t want to talk to has now bagged all the items, what’s good protocol, maybe a thanks for the help with that, skerry you had to do that and then end with a thanks for coming in and stay cool. Simple customer service 101 right, guess not. Nicole, you rocked it and did all the basics. Kymber, try again and when a guest has to ask you how’s your day and do you have any plans for the weekend….red flags, that’s your job. Loved your answer to: “Oh, just work.” Wow, gee, what enthusiasm. I really want to come back here again and come to Thursday register every time (much sarcasm). 5 stars if the service and cleanliness could have matched the first impressions, it’s doable."
