Courtney was so welcoming and empathetic to my situation. She made me feel comfortable and explained the process since it was my first time. The environment was very casual and comfortable. Her work is amazing. She gave me a beautiful fine line tattoo that was better than I could have expected. If I ever decide to get another tattoo, I would absolutely travel all the way from Virginia to see Courtney - she's that great!"
