"I had a color on my roots…to cover the grey. The top front was rinsed off good but the back and underneath by the back of my neck was still saturated with the black dye. I had to rinse my hair again at home because it got on the collar of my coat. My first negative experience there but I will still go back and make sure it’s done correctly next time. I’ve done the same thing there before and it worked out well. I know it’s hard to deal with thick long Polynesian hair but our type of hair needs more conditioner and massage through to the scalp to clean out the dye."
