"I had an AMAZING experience at Lux Nail Bar! Everyone was so friendly and nice and my nails were done exactly how I wanted. I got a fill with gel polish and they look fantastic. Khanh made sure my nails looked perfect and were the exact length and shape I asked for!"

"We went with a group of ladies to get pedicures/manicures. The had seats for us, but then we sat with our feet in the water for more than 30 minutes before being helped. The nail polish that they used on me basically separated as it dried so I already have cracks in the polish. But the most offensive thing was as I was waiting for my nails to dry, they took the toe separators from the lady on my left and immediately used them on the lady on my right. It definitely didn’t give me confidence that any of the tools that they used are clean!"
