"I have never had such a horrible experience with a lash service place as the Amazing Lash Sandy location. Sugarhouse location? Amazing. Never had any issues there with the services or the ladies who work there. Sandy? Don’t waste your time or money. I went in for a full set on Saturday 10/28 and over the next few days, my eyelids became sensitive to touch, red and irritated, and it became very painful to even brush a spoolie through the lashes. I’ve had lash extensions many times before and have never had these issues, so I ruled out being allergic to the glue. I finally had enough and made an appointment at the Sugarhouse location to get the full set removed on 10/31. The lash tech who took them off said it was the worst job she’s seen in a while - that they were clumpy, glued together, placed incorrectly, and multiple types of lashes were used in an effort to speed up the process and get me out as soon as possible. The lash tech who DID my lashes at Sandy even mentioned I was her last client of the day (1:30pm appointment time) and she just wanted to go home - she got me out of there with a full set in an hour and a half - it’s always taken 2 hours minimum for previous full sets I’ve received at Sugarhouse. To add insult to injury, I drove to the Sandy location to get a refund immediately after getting the set taken off at Sugarhouse and arrived at 5:30pm to find that the doors were locked and no one inside (closing time says 8pm on their website, Google maps, and their front door). I waited for 30 minutes but no one came back so I went home. Then I went back the morning of 11/1 and arrived at 9:40am (opening time says 9am on their site, Google maps, and front door), also to find the front doors locked and no one inside. It’s now 10:30am and no one has come to open the front doors. I’ve just had to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I can’t seem to speak to an actual human being at the Sandy location. DO NOT COME HERE. "Kelcee was amazing, what wasn't was that I signed up for the monthly plan, that's 109,95 then got the hybrid I knew that was more expensive but they told me do you want to pay that from your plan so I said yes. I found that they charged me another 65 dollars, 20 was the tip. Cancelled my plan after I saw that so my first and only lashes cost me 154,95 cause I never got any money back!!!!!!"

"I got my lashes done by Kelcee and I absolutely love them. It was an amazing first time experience. I might be addicted to extensions now. I got so many compliments. It is hard to get use to them as a first time lash extension person but if it is something want, follow the instructions and take care of them. The care of your lashes makes a big difference when they need to be filled."
