"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERALL! Betsy Hutton is unprofessional and does not know how to color (balayage) hair. I emailed her and described specifically that I did not want blonde hair. I left the salon disappointed after 3 hours, I expressed my concern and requested a refund the next day. Even after she tried to fix my hair (it was rushed and she could only blow dry my bangs) it was too light. I now need to fix my hair after paying $276.00 for a lackluster result. She responded with whatever non salon products (alba you said?) you are using are beyond my doing. She accused me of damaging my own hair and taking advantage of her. I clearly expressed my concern from the beginning and requested a refund asap. Do not recommend using their services."
