Great Clips

"Avoid this place at all costs. I walked into this place with my long beautiful hair and made it very clear I just want a trim and I walked out with shoulder length hair instead. The lady that cut my hair mentioned that that’s what they had saved for me in the system and that we are all creatures of habit ;I guess because one year prior I did actually go in to get a shoulder length haircut.I am very upset and cried once I got home and had seen the damage that was done. This was an unethical move and I don’t believe in making permanent notes about people’s choice of a hair cut . We want different things and not always the same thing we did last time . If I knew they had such a system that saves your haircut choice as PERMANENT , I would have NEVER gone there ."

"5* for Amy, an absolutely sweetheart and one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with a hairdresser, she didn’t do my hair but did my fiancés, she was incredibly kind, personable and really great to be around. 1* for Colton. He did my hair and seemed to have an attitude the entire time doing it, kept sassing me when I’d answer a question or tell him how I’d like something with my hair done, he made me have an incredibly negative experience. I will NOT be going back to this location for a haircut from Colton, I will however will be picking Amy as my hairdresser from now on. 3* overall because when we went in, it was completely empty and we basically had to shout and was greeted by Colton looking… less than enthused. But was then having a great experience with Amy. That and I can’t put two different star reviews for people lol."

"I came in this weekend after some medical work, to get my hair fixed since the greatclips in tooele where i live messed up my hair sooooo bad and Colton was absolutely amazing, understanding, actually asked before cutting things, I had something specific i wanted and he did so great and I positively LOVE my hair now I'm absolutely grateful and appreciative and would definitely recommend him anyday!! I'll definitely be going back!! Thanks so much Colton!!!!"

"I really like this location of Great Clips. Staff is really nice, have welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. These guys are very cordial, they take the time to listen how I want my hair cut. Kudos, to the new Mgr Colton, he works really well with me as a client, always make sure i feel really good when i leave."
