"The best of community theatre in talent pool, spirit and mood! Oh- and the building history is sweet, too! Worth driving 2 days through 3 states for their summer stock. Their Joseph and Scarlett Pimpernel and Chitty Chitty were all full of joys. With a small theatre the audience is easily caught up in the magic of the show- even with barely any air conditioning. ( they are collecting funds to install a modern system- donate generously!) Planning my next trip. Magical musical and dancing moments. Always filled with zip and zest and joy. And costumes that astonish! God bless you all!!!! I actually feel sorry for people who don't attend....A+."

"Always a great experience here. They have very talented casts and it is a small theater so the cast moves through the audience and every seat is great. There is balcony seating which is perfect as well. I've been many times and have never been disappointed."

Also, there is so much talent from the surrounding cities that the plays are always stuffed with great actors, actresses, singers, and performers that the plays are always entertaining. Regardless of the drive from wherever you are in Cassia, Minidoka, or Twin Falls county if you have not seen a play at Howell's Opera House then you are missing out!"
