I am so sorry you had a bad experience, but I am also sorry that you have referred it to Canine country Club as you have not been a client of ours and I think you were referring to another kennel. First and most importantly,we do not do day care and we do not take your money in advance. I also noted this same review on a local day care site not associated with us. "This is the best pet sitting place ever. Vickie is one of a kind. She treats our babies like they are her own and I couldn't ask for better care for our three fur babies. I would not take them anywhere else. She also does doggy day care so your fur babies can just go for the day if needed. She fills up fast so call early if you need to book for a vacation. Absolutely love her and her employees."
