"Normally they do a great job. I feel bad leaving a bad review, but it was such a bad experience. Last time I went in, they cut my toe when filing and it still hurts days later. They seemed really rushed too. I got the dip done on my nails and they were awful. They were so thick. I had to remove them because they looked so bad. They charged me $5 extra to clean up my cuticles…is that not already included in the $50 manicure? What am I paying $50 for if it doesn’t include cleaning up my cuticles? After my cuticles were bleeding and looked worse than before. I was really disappointed. It cost a lot only to have to remove it all myself only a day later, because it looked so bad. I feel like they keep raising prices and the quality has gone down. Not sure I’ll go in again."

"These guys are such a wonderful little group of nail techs. They always fit me in with my busy schedule, which is super cool, and they are pretty well priced! I give them a four star instead of five because, I get very different results on my nails depending on who I end up being assigned to for my appointment. One of the techs is very detail oriented, which I love! One of them I had though, literally left parts of the side and bottom of my nail unpainted and it looked like I’d done them myself. I go to a shop, because I don’t do a good job on my own nails so, if someone is doing them for me and they still look like I did them, I will live with it until my next appointment begrudgingly but I will probably end up picking at it because I know me! Haha"

"I will be going here for my nails from now on! I had my nails done somewhere else and they were terrible! So I called Tiffany and she said I could come over and they would fix them. They spent the time to take them all off carefully and gave me a completely new set! They look amazing! Every one was so nice and the atmosphere was calm and clean!"

"Don't be fooled by the beauty, it's been 2 weeks and my nails are popping off, I have already lost 4. This was going to be my new spot but I can't fix them every 2 weeks. Also my daughter got gel nails and they have all peeled off. Da Vi nails in centerville walmart stay on for months. Just saying."

"I previously had an outgrow of gel on my nails that were ready for a fill so I’m new to bountiful visiting the area and I decided to give this salon and spa a chance seeing it was close by. When I asked if she can do a gel fill she said yes, upon getting the service she filled with acrylic powder and I could have seen the thinness in the fill. Upon showing them what design I wanted nobody understood English or the picture to even nod and give me a sign that it’s not in their portfolio to do. So I had to up for a flat colour, i decided to do a nice red chrome upon which I was told it’s $10 more to do this. I’m not sure if that’s the norm or I was being taken advantage of. I mean they’re neat in shape but not what I wanted and to top it off I was having terrible day didn’t wanna come out my place and my cousin dragged me there to get my nails done to feel better and pretty. Sometimes you don’t know who is sitting on your chair and what they are going through. Update: the following morning all the chrome and gel under the chrome oozed out because they rushed the process and did not cure my set properly so I went back and expressed the issue and had them do over my set. Obviously at their cost since it’s their mistake. This could have been avoided totally. I must say the second girl who took care of my nails and did the patterns did a really great job and I did give her a tip regardless of it being a do over for free. She knows what’s she’s doing and though I won’t go back there again I will praise that girl who took over my nails to do it over. Still giving two stars for my inconvenience. And I think they need to work on shaping."
