"Terrible nail experience! Lied about the wait time (after calling ahead) and total time. Terrible job with the actual nails- looks like something I could have done, or that a 4 year old would do. I have paint all over my hands and they would not listen to what was I trying to tell them (I.e. to stop filing do my nails are filed down past my skin.) Rude customer service as well. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"If I could give this place a negative I totally would. It took 3 hours to get an acrylic set. My nail tech destroyed the skin around my nail, I was bleeding, she didn’t even apologize, and continued to be so rough. I asked for a design and instead of the lady saying she couldn’t do it, she proceeded and then sealed it with gel before I could tell whether I liked it or not. And then she told the other nail tech to come and look and they all laughed. I looked and saw the design was crooked and looked like a 2 year old drew it. They also have 0 customer service and say whatever they want not even caring if it’s offensive. Also their sterilization looked horrible. The nail tech was pulling tools out of her drawer that looked filthy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE."

"By far the best nail salon experience I have ever had! The prices are affordable on a budget ($20 for a new set). I was offered tea or water while they were doing my nails, they had great music on, the walls are all beautifully painted with different scenes, the energy of the place is indescribable. The customer service was incredible. I loved it."
