"Although I normally like it, I got my toes done with acrylic this time and felt completely humiliated when the lady came up to me. No hi. No greeting but proceeded to ask what I wanted very rudely and said do you even want a design. Sat me down and commented on how my toes looked along with asking me why I even wanted them in the first place. I explained that my toes chip and it’s very painful. Then she treated me kindly as if that was a reasonable response as to why I was getting them done. Regardless anyone should be treated with respect and kindness when walking into any salon. People go to feel good about them selves or fix an insecurity they have. I, myself, am going into the industry for hair and have never seen such disrespect out of someone doing their job that was made to help people. I find this to be most of my experiences sadly when it comes to any nail spa or salon. But Privé normally didnt treat me this way. I will now be going to a private person from now on and helping them grow clientele rather than people who definitely don’t deserve it."

"The Ultimate Pedicure is a must do! The hot rock massage & paraffin & hot towels are heavenly! Katie is the best! She is very attentive to details & my toe & fingernails look amazing each time. My hands are super dry especially around my cuticles and the Ultimate Manicure helps so much - it’s like I have new hands even before I leave. The spa is beautiful and all the ladies/gals who work there are friendly & professional! The nail colors and brand are the best around. "I rarely get my nails done and saw this salon and I thought it looked nice, the environment is clean and relaxing. The massage chairs were clean and they used liners for the tubs. I got the $35 spa pedicure with regular polish. The water bath was cold when I sat down but I thought she’d put more water in and that made it more room temperature. The tech did a good job cleaning and shaping my nails, the massage was basically just putting lotion and oil on my feet and legs. It was more like scratching my legs disappointing but the massage chair was comfortable. After she finished the polish she cleaned up around my nails with a brush asked if the color looked good but then I saw there was still polish on several of my cuticles. So I asked her if she could clean up the polish more. It looks like the polish was probably old because it’s globbed onto my big toes and there was a weird pointy part in the polish on one big toe. She then smudged the one big toe and tried to flatten it out and put new top coat on it. I should have just asked her to redo both big toes. It honestly looks like I did this myself, I probably could have done a better job on my own. I’m disappointed in the quality of the job but I guess I paid for the environment. I probably wouldn’t come back again unless I brought my own polish."
