"I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but it’s been months and I still have hurt feelings. I have 4 fashion color panels. I came to Ramzy to lighten some warmth at the top of my panels, redeposit color, and get a trim. She billed it as color correction at $85 an hour, but she did not actually correct the warmth at all. Not only did she not correct the color, she did not trim my hair. Of her own accord she did her own cut with chopped layers taking upwards of 8 inches off of some of my hair. I have awful non-blended layers I didn’t want. The extra sting was that she charged for the haircut, AND also charged the color correction for the time my haircut took. If you ask me, that’s theft. Color correction should have only been charged for the time she was doing the color part. Awful experience, I’m super devastated, and I spent over $500 bucks. I’m still sad. It will take me YEARS to regrow my hair, and my panels weren’t fixed so it should have only been a color deposit charge. It’s gut wrenching."

She even special ordered the keratin treatment I love that I’ve never found in Utah! She has a great private and clean studio and her sweet dog hangs out while she worked on my hair too.
