"Showed up today for my appointment at 1 o’clock straight up. They said it would be a few minutes left after 30 minutes because I couldn’t waste any more time waiting, they act as if you don’t have anything else to do. I don’t think I’m going there again, ever. I would’ve gave it zero stars, but it wouldn’t post it unless I put a star there."

"I want to say you gwt what you pay for but I've had a lot better free haircuts from my friends when we were in Jr high. I went in and thw girl was sick. Didn't stop sniffing thw whole time and I was hoping nobody would be that rude to come to a job like that sick but 2 days later I came down with a cold. I've been there 4 other times, never left amazed or anything, but never had a bad cut like this. So choppy and unblended. The very first thing I said to her was that I had suffered from hair loss and since then had been extremely attached to my hair length and that I realized I might need to sacrifice I little length but that I mostly just wanted a good dusting to get ride of my split ends and to freshen up the layers. She immediately tells me I need to cut 6 inches off my hair. I told her I'd settle for 3 at most if she absolutely insisted I needed to. I left with one side 6 inches shorter, and the other side 4 1/2 inches shorter. I had to go home and cut off the extra length off of the one side myself. I scheduled a wash, cut, blow dry, and style on long hair even though I only have medium because I wanted her to take her time and get a little pampered for my vacation I had coming up. Instead I was rushed and left looking like a ten year old took scissors to my hair. A week later I'm still looking in the mirror and crying."

"Went to get a haircut made appointment for a specific time. Showed up 5 minutes before the appointment time. Waited for 20 minutes beyond appointment time and was told I still had people in front of me. What good does it do to make an appointment If you don't honor it? I did not get my haircut. I did not have time to wait longer because I had had another commitment. That is why I made an appointment. This is not the first time this has happened."
