"Jen cut a few inches off my hair, and while she was very nice, my haircut is very choppy. The layers aren’t blended very well, the ends are very blunt, and isn’t quite even either. I gave it a day to see it after it had been washed and was not longer styled, but unfortunately it looked even worse after. I do not think the quality reflects the price."
