Delivered as promised on the same day, and they even took it inside so she wouldn't have to lift it since it was so big. Well done. Will definitely use Rebecca's Flowers again."

"I ordered flowers on Thursday before 1 PM (which their website states orders before 1 will be delivered that day). I do get that this was mothers day weekend, but hey...the managed to call me to discuss the payment. Anyways, I wasn't expecting delivery that day. Friday rolls around and I get another email (not even a phone call) saying the earliest they can deliver is Saturday. No apology...just can't do it until Saturday. I had to cancel because we would be out of town and the only solution was to refund my purchase. Once again, no apology, no phone call...just an email and a refund. I will NEVER order from them again."
"I placed an order online with Rebecca's on 10 May 13, Thursday for a corsage to be delivered on 11 May 13, Friday. I placed the order early afternoon on Thursday and received confirmation of order at 3 PM. The order was for Mothers Day and was 5 miles from Rebecca's. After I learned the corsage was not delivered by 8PM Saturday the 11th I emailed the business and received a reply at 4 PM Sunday afternoon telling me they would be delivering on Sunday, Mothers Day. Since we order the corsage every year (Usually from a long time business, Sally Anns, who has retired, gone out of business) for Mother to wear to church on Sunday we were no longer in need at 4 pm on Sunday."
