"Took forever to get my mantle clock back charged a arm and leg and within a week it stopped working again. So took it back and after 3 more months charged me another arm and leg and within 2 weeks it did the same thing. He said it was not fixable…ohhh brother. Note to self I won’t go back"
"Service was very good! Price for repair was okay. I don't think the battery lasted very long. Would you be willing to check it for me? Great shop!"
"They did a great job polishing my silver bracelet so happy with the results!!"
"Sabina took great care of my beloved Seiko Monster. I’ve owned it for over a decade and wanted to have it cleaned/oiled and a sapphire Crystal fitted to replace the scratched original Hardlex. She also polished the bracelet to complete the like new look and feel. Thanks for all of your hard work to keep my favorite timepiece working like new."
"Horrible. Do not bring anything here. They lost my clock for years and finally came across it. It’s garbage. The case is weathered and the strike of the clock is totally messed up and they said there is no fix for it. It only came in to be cleaned and this is where we’re at today. Picked it up and looking for another clock shop. They didn’t charge me but hey thanks for not charging to destroy my great grandparents clock. Edit: Both employees told me that the messed up striker sound could not be fix. That it is what it is. It would dong and then you’d hear all kinds of loose metal sounds. I asked both of them that it looked like the strikers needed to be straightened? No, no. We didn’t touch any of that. It just is what it is. So my untrained self took the clock home, opened the back and straightened out the other two strikers to match the first striker which was sounding okay. LOW AND BEHOLD the chimes sound great. Please don’t take your possessions there. I’m seriously contemplating small claims court for damages to the case."
