So glad we did! Friendly retailer with a great selection of styles that are reasonably priced. I was not overly impressed when I stopped in a couple of times years ago but after my visit last week I will be stopping in again very soon! "Awesome owner and staff with super cute, reasonably priced pieces. They're also all good quality! They always ask what you're looking for and bring you/ show you pieces that might be what you're looking for! I was looking for outfits today for 4 different events and found all of them at Silver Accents plus four more pieces! Large selection with lots of variety and prices for everyone’s budget! Love it and will definitely be back :)"

"Horrible customer service!!! I placed an order in error and immediately reached out to the company to cancel the order as a result. I sent 4 emails to which they never responded. I received the package and returned it unopened to the sender. I have yet to receive my $110 and still they won't respond to my emails. I have opened a claim with PayPal and I was told because Silver Accents provided tracking the claim was closed. They show record that the package was refused and returned but Silver Accents still has My money. I am now in the process of appealing the PayPal decision and have also filed a claim with the BBB. Silver Accents has My money and their merchandise. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"I decided to visit the store after months of following their posts on Instagram. There were two younger girls working the Saturday that I stopped by. Everything is spread out which makes it difficult to stop. The clothing is reasonably priced but cheaply made. Once I got into a fitting room no one checked on me to see if I needed another size or anything. I had to get dressed and go back into the store to get the item I needed.There was just me and another lady in the store. The girls working were busy talking to each other. After deciding that nothing worked, they acknowledge that I was not purchasing anything. They didn't say thank you for coming in or anything. They just gave me a terrible look. I am all about shopping local but I will never go into that Silver Accents or recommend it to anyone. Terrible customer service!"
