"We had a consultation for luxury k-tip extensions that was $100 for a 15 min appointment. At this appointment, we came up with a plan on what our next step would be to achieve the look that I want. At the conclusion of our consultation appointment, Carly stated that it would cost $3500.00. She also required half the money to secure the INSTALL appointment. I didn't hesitate to book the next appointment, scheduled two weeks from the day of consultation appointment. So now I have given her $1700.00 to secure the INSTALL appointment. Literally 23 minutes before the INSTALL appointment, she canceled on me because she became ill. I was disappointed, I was upset! I was looking forward to having long hair for my birthday. I had to cancel my birthday plans. We were texting back and forth about a refund. Carly was being difficult about my refund that i had to go through my bank. It took 3 months to get my refund. She has no integrity to do the right thing by her client. I even talked to the shop owner, who happens to be her aunt. Her aunt even supports Carly's decision to not refund my money. Carly did offer another appointment, but she lost my trust and all I wanted to do was cut my ties with her. Carly also offered to give me the hair and I had to let her know that no other hairstylist will install another stylist work..Very dishonest of her. It took me 3 months to get my refund. I donot recommend this hairstylist Carly."
