"I had my hair cut and colored by Spencer Winn who I believe just moved to this salon. I have really thick curly hair and was unhappy with the cut at first but he offered to fix it and help me style it and was very professional. I ended up just needed to give my hair some time to adjust as I was traveling but the cut and color turned out great. I also loved how quiet he was. I’m not big on chit chat and he didn’t make me feel like I needed to make small talk, which was a huge plus for me. I’d definitely come back to get my hair done by Spencer again."

"Booked an appointment for my wife just a few weeks ago. Place was clean and nice, but the service was terrible. My wife had asked her stylist to darken her roots and to add few highlights. The stylist not only didn't do what was asked, but ended changing her to be mostly blonde. My wife has been upset about how it turned out and even told the stylist the same before she left that was not what she wanted or asked for. The stylist just told her it would look better this way. Unbelievable for $200+ service. Find a place that actually values taking care of the customer instead. Don't waste your money"
