So we just left , couldn't stand the way she was acting to us and the customers we heard her interacting with.. thank goodness we did because later I found out from word of mouth she's also a crook and will lie about the value of your pieces!! I DO NOT recommend anyone to go see this lady ..EVER!!"

"We went and took a ring to this lady that we had appraised and already had a value put on it. We were really not trying to sale the ring just put feelers out on the best way to sale it. This woman tried to stick it to us in a very bad way. She tried to tell us that our diamond was .10 of a karat, she must have thought we were dumb or naive becuz she tried to get over on us. Told us she would give us $100 for a $3500 ring. Now I understand that I'm not gonna get the full value of the ring. But if this woman tried to mislead me on the size of my stone and the value of my ring, I can only imagine how many other people who have no idea what they have have walked into her shop and entrusted her to make them a good deal and she screwed them over. I was truly insulted by my experience."
