"These guys are liars. They told us "full refund" in 30 days if you dont like it. We told them we dont like it, and now they say there is a 25% restocking fee. That is not a "full refund". They admit they said full refund, but their VP doesnt want to give the full refund. And the VP does not have the decency to talk to the customer. They say "he doesn't talk to customers". You are in retail business, that is the part of your job Mr VP. Avoid this place. They keep changing their story every day to make up for their mistake. 5/15 Update More lies down below in their response. I have not heard from any VP of theirs. At this point, all you need to do is come up pick your furniture and honor the full refund. We have done enough talking to you."
"Been meaning to post this for awhile now. I have bought furniture from this spot twice now. All I can say is the staff working here are excellent. I wish I could remember the name of the staff member who has helped me twice but what I can tell you is that he is always there and always helpful. Good job Cantoni."
"I found good pieces of furniture at this location. I am loving this dining table. The price was very affordable. The customer service was very good, he was very attentive and came right at me once I walked in. We mentioned we were only looking and he did just that. We walked free around the place with no problems of making him feel we were waisting his time. From a distance he was attentive to any questions or help if we needed. The furniture selection was very broad and they had something for everyone. All types of styles to fit the them you are going for."
"Lenny was a wonderful sales associate and my experience is not related to him. I purchased a sofa a few months back that was missing parts and already came damaged. I have spoken to their customer service manager and have yet to reach a solution. I have never had such a terrible experience with any other company. If I could rate this with zero stars I would."
