"Strange experience.. I will start off by saying that I regularly print a small amount (like 15 copies) at the Ogden store. Sometimes they will print for me, and sometimes they ask me to use the self print machine. I was in Layton, so I pulled up to this location and was surprised to see an absolutely empty parking lot.. so I assumed my small print job would be quick. Walk inside and see 3 or 4 employees and 0 customers.. was promptly greeted at the print desk. Told her I just needed to print 15 copies of a basic pdf in black and white on card stock paper.. She asked if 6p would work (it was 11am).. Kinda caught me off guard, but I do understand they probably have online orders in the que.. so I said no, but I guess if they could hand me the paper, I would print on the self service machine (like I have done many times at the other location).. "oh we can't do that either - sometimes that paper jams" What in the world!?!?! I look at the 4 other employees just standing there and decide to go to the print shop 1 block away. Print and Main.. They had my 15 copies printed within 2 minutes. I don't know why I didn't go to the local shop in the first place. No wonder your parking lot is empty!"

"Asked for help was told to follow the instructions… asked for copies they said it couldn’t be done today. 12 orders ahead of me. I patiently wait… currently still waiting. Not a single employee has worked on any said orders ahead of mine. 30 minutes plus they are all milling around moving something three inches from where it was before."
