"Always fun to stop by and see what we can find!! Bathrooms are always clean! Only thing I would change is streamlining the check out process, returns, exchanges. Giving more trust in your employees to handle the transactions, instead of just one person that 15+ people, in 5 different lines are waiting on. Might just up your productivity!!;-) This is a suggestion across all Hobby Lobby’s. Seems to be the same and always have to plan for 20-25 mins just to check out. I’ve watched a lot of people need to set their stuff down and leave due to check out times."

"the staff is really nice! this lady, Ingrid was SUPER helpful! She seemed as if she was happy to be there! when we asked if they had dry erase makers, (they do!) she walked us back twords the markers, talking to us, making us feel welcomed here! She deserves a raise or something! be coming back!!"
"Employees are kind and helpful. It would be helpful if Hobby Lobby had 2 or 3 motorized carts for customers with disabilities. I would stay and do a lot more shopping if they would provide that service. I have talked with other disabled customers, and they agree. They would probably make their money back within 1 week."
