"I have had the worst experience with H&A. Since Paul took over we have had the worst customer service provided each time I have had to call or go in. My ring was bought last December and we have already had to have diamonds replaced at least 3 times. We also had to have it re-designed since they said the way they sold it to was was "poor quality" yet they still sold it to us (without telling us at the time). We also had to pay for them to fix their mistake and remake the ring. I have never had a customer service professional treat me the way H&A does and will never do business with them again. The quality of service provided along with the quality of the jewelry is not worth it. They have not made anything easy on us at all."
