"I am beyond impressed with JewelSmiths! On the recommendation of my daughter who had a ring repaired there, I brought my wedding ring in on Friday to be resized. They suggested I also have the prongs rebuilt to secure the center stone. Ms. Niki Edwards helped me and was very personable and professional. Imagine my surprise when Niki called later that day to report that my ring was finished and could be picked up THE VERY NEXT DAY! She said the jeweler put a priority on getting people's wedding rings back to them as soon as possible, and mine was off my finger for less than 24 hours. The work was beautifully done and my ring looks better than ever. I've been married for over 30 years, and this ring is very special to me. I was apprehensive about taking it in to be sized because of negative experiences I'd heard. I am so appreciative of the care shown by Niki and the jewelers at JewelSmiths. "I had no idea that Rolex watches require regular service, I had a problem with mine and my local jeweler fixed it but recommended that I get it done. There are options online that are quite convenient but my jeweler insisted that if he was having a Rolex certified, JewelSmiths would be the only place he’d allow to do it. They were a bit more expensive than online advertised shops but two factors lead me to use them- the strong recommendation and I like to support local businesses. My watch was finished MUCH quicker than if I’d shipped it off and it looks like it’s brand new! Fantastic work, looks like new, quick turnaround, they called me immediately after they were finished with it and everyone I spoke with treated me extraordinarily well. Highly recommend!"

"What a great experience with these great people. Took my wife's delicate necklace that her dad had given her years ago, so it was sentimental. They fixed it and she was so happy. Impressed with the turn around time and the price, I took her wedding band in to replace a lost diamond and tighten up some prongs. When I picked it up it looked as new as when I gave it to her 21 years ago as they cleaned it up to a sparkling gift back to her. My new go to jewler. Thank you all."
