"I am so sorry for the belated review. It has been a crazy summer! Back in December of last year my fiance and I started the long journey of trying to find the perfect place to help us create a pair of custom engagement rings. I'm a picky person and wanted something a bit more unique and special (not a diamond fan). So we ordered custom lab alexandrite from Stag and Finch. But for the setting we wanted some nice engraving and were delighted when we came across Jeff's website. We were in contact with a few different custom jewelers but Jeff was the only OWNER to give us such a quick and welcoming response. I created some illustrations for the design and his team helped us with every step of the process (CAD, roughs, etc). I was so impressed with the care that Jeff puts into his work and his customers. When there were a few mistakes with the rings he immediately offered to have his team fix and redo them for us. I was so amazed and grateful to work with Jeff for our first set of custom jewelry. The level of transparency he gave for all the price breakdowns blew me away. I'm used to bigger companies hiding hidden fees behind a black box, but Jeff really wanted us to understand everything we were paying for. It's really lovely to be able to see the human craftsmenship of our rings. Jeff's engraver is extremely skilled and he really made my initial designs come to life.
