Also, my ring came back in great time AND they re-took the gemstone pictures to verify my gems. (Male employee, sorry I can’t remember his name. "Shipped off my ring for sizing, the lady told me it would be ready in 3 weeks and gave me a date of March 29th. I called on the 29th to check and the lady said it was not in yet and they will call and email me once it’s ready. Today is April 2nd I called back and another employee told me it’s been there since the 23rd. It’s extremely frustrating because I had push back my entire wedding and cancel reservations and lost 2 different deposits total of $8,200 only because the lady told me the ring was not in yet but it was at the store the entire time. I don’t understand how that is possible but whatever, hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. UNBELIEVABLE. Update: When I went into the store to pick up the ring, the manager, (Nira) gave me a Kay Gift card and was extremely nice. Even though my overall experience was not great but she definitely tried to make it better, which worked. Thanks!"
