"Went in today to buy another G-Shock. I’m from Lawton and wanted to see what their selection was like compared to Lawton and ended up buying a cheaper digital G-Shock. Walked around, put it on, and did a functions check and realized one button was pushed in when it shouldn’t be. Took it back to them within 5 minutes and the two ladies helped me do a lateral purchase all within a few minutes of closing (I can’t remember their names unfortunately). Outstanding customer service and a perfect mix of professionalism and personability. I’d rather drive the hour to go back to this location."
