"Install and product was fine but they didn't have the hooks that were promised. Told me multiple times that they would bring some by later. Been almost 10 months and I still don't have them despite multiple follow up attempts. I even asked if they would just tell me where to buy some and still no response. Would go with a different company next time."

"After moving the last thing I wanted to do was get up on a ladder and install a storage rack in the garage. Luckily these guys had a good price on the rack + install. The technician texted me the night before to confirm the color and appointment. Day of he arrived on time, well prepared, and asked where i wanted the rack and how low. Goodlife also installed storage shelves i provided. 6/5 stars if I could as the tech took the time to mark all of the studs along the walls which will come in handy. Ill use these guys again and would recommend them to any neighbors/friends."
