"Heard from an employee that got fired, that they do not care if you bring in your dogs even though that is against federal law. I have had multiple encounters with unleashed dogs in the store, coming after my partners service dog. This is illegal, and posted on the door. Management does not care that dogs are let it, and I heard from an old employee, that they got fired for trying to follow the law. Needless to say, it is disappointing, and extremely unprofessional. People put their dogs in the carts, and it is disgusting! Please stop letting people bring in their pets."
"ACE STORE MANAGER TRIES TO INTIMIDATE . Use this store at least 3 times a week and won’t be using it no more. Getting off of work I had to stop by for a case of water I usually like to park and go in through Ace to prevent flow of foot traffic. So I walked through grabbed my water and used the self check out. As I was walking out through Ace to go to my car there was and older male talking to a customer right in front of the door to leave. Having no other choice with a 40 pack of water on my shoulder I walked through them. As I did the older male asked for my receipt mind you he was not in a uniform and my receipt was in my pocket which would be hard to get considering the case of water on my shoulder. So I politely responded I’m good and kept walking. Then I suddenly heard footsteps right behind me and found the male standing in front of me trying to intimidate me with his posture. He looked at me and said “ what do you mean you’re good?” After telling him how ridiculous this is and how I never been asked for a receipt he finally showed me his work badge at that point I decided to diffuse the situation had him my receipt and leave. As I was crossing the street he was Still yelling at me. This type of behavior is not ok and I will no longer be a customer to this establishment and will let all my fellow colleagues and neighbors know about how I was treated. I just really hope this man can not bring his personal life to work and to remember we are the customers that pay his check."
"Love Ridley's I go there at least twice a week! Just watch out for expiration dates. Some of the less popular items have been on the shelves for years."
"Bought a salami for a a meat platter for new years forgot to use it went to eat it and saw that it expired July 17, 2023. Make sure you check expirations if you are shopping I guess."
"This was a nice store but the main reason for the visit was the U.S. Postal Office. I bought some things at the Ace and had a nice experience."
