"Spoke with amber I called to make a pYemnt and enroll in autopay I didn't get asked any questions and they just took payment I thought something was kind of strange so I called back come to find out they took payment for wrong account and I called the wrong store yes it qas my bad for calling the wrong store but after that I was scared because I wanted to make sure my payment was removed she got upset cause I was frustrated hung up on me and I called back multiple ti.es because my payment info was with them and I wanted to be sure it was removed she literally called me the b word and said I'm not her customer so she doesn't care Like huh if I did that I would be fired I got it figured out with my original store but the fact that u treat customers or ppl like this says alot about what this store thinks and how they don't value their customers thank god for Celeste and Cody at the other store I would avoid this store like the plague if I were u"

"We moved into a new place and they delivered our furniture and damaged the dresser that was back in July. In August Amber told me herself that she would order a replacement because the delivery man called her while he was at our house and said that they needed to order a new one. For the price we pay for a living room set and bedroom set $250 a month for approximately 2 years. When Amber told me the dresser came and said it would be a week or 2 before delivery that was in the beginning of August. So I called to make a payment today and asked Amber if she could give me some type of discount cause it hasn't been delivered and she refused my payment and said she was scheduling to have my furniture When I called back after she hung up on me she wouldn't take my call. She was avoiding my call because of Caller ID. I give them A VERY NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR HANGING UP ON ME AND REFUSING TO TAKE MY PAYMENT AFTER IVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 2 YEARS. After talking to them several times after several months they did not live up to their end of the bargain. And want me to pay full price for a dresser there guys damaged. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS STORE."

"They are amazing! After my fridge stopped working I needed a fridge asap! I called and spoke with Amber and she helped me get an application and a new fridge with next day delivery. The day of the delivery my old fridge started working, I called the store and spoke with Chuck and he paused the order. Amber and her delivery team showed up to deliver the new fridge right when I got off the phone with Chuck, she was so understanding and amazing. 100% would recommend anyone to shop or rent at Rent A Center in West Valley City!"
