"Bought a disposable and tested it once in store, but after leaving the first pull from the disposable caused it to malfunction and hit itself until it was empty and extremely hot. Keep in mind it was less than 15 minutes after leaving the store, still wouldn’t replace it or even honor a refund. Kinda weak! Definitely better off taking your business elsewhere"

"Bought 3 vapes from here and one is burnt after three days. Went in due to the vapor being already burnt and they said that they couldn’t exchange it for a new vape because its a manufacturer error. Worker then said “you can buy a new one but I can’t do anything about the one that’s burnt”. Who would buy another vape when the one you have is already messed up and you didn’t get the full use. This place is a joke 0/10 don’t recommend."

"Don’t come here, will sell you a product that you are expected to do a complete quality control test on in store before leaving or else they won’t validate a refund/exchange. they have a return policy that they themselves don’t even adhere too. save your money and buy online."

"Sad to say I'll never be back at this establishment, I have my Temporary driver's license due to the state mailing your IDs now. I was refused service because he couldn't scan it, but it's my Driver's license regardless! The guy working today said he would sell to my husband who had a scanable ID until I told him what I wanted. He also refuses to give us the managers phone number. I have never had issues coming to this establishment unless it's this guy working who also refuses to give us a name to tell the manager! We're regular customers for kratom products because it helps with pain."
