"i wish i could give a 5 for service :( the man was very kind, quick, and understanding. he even offered a refund. but nonetheless, i have issues with my phone. a refund wasn’t an option as my phone was unusable so i needed a fix. i got my iphone 13 screen replaced and now all off my blacks are gray. the top left and top right where the time and battery is are not centered. my phone glitches and anytime i type it does double letters when i’m not meaning to. and on the second picture. you can see the center contact at the top has some sort of glow/shadow on it. the overall appearance of my phone is different and not appealing. when i noticed the first couple things when leaving the shop, i returned the phone to see my options and he said it just could be a bad screen. so he tried it again and i got the same thing back :( once again, i love the guy that did it for me but the product is just bad"
"Talked about getting a price quote but the guy over explaining that other people with different prices wouldn't do a better job? Explained to him that they actually offered the lowest prices And got mad laughed at me for asking to get a receipt with a price quote??said he would have to write that on paper. bad communication and Unprofessional."
"Very quick service, very professional! I had to leave my phone overnight as we needed to order a specific part. I didn't expect to have my phone back until 4pm the next day, but the employee called 17 minutes after opening to tell me it was ready! I appreciated how quick the service was and how knowledgeable the staff was - he knew what was wrong with my phone within 2 minutes of seeing it."
"I took a barely cracked Pixel 7 screen to be repaired here. After the repair, I quickly noticed that the fingerprint authorization no longer worked. I called back and was told this was an Android bug that happened sometimes after screen replacement. There was no offer to look at the phone again, just a quick “it happens and is a problem with the manufacturer.” I looked it up and found that the fingerprint issue was fixed in previous phone models, but I decided to live with just using my PIN to login. A few weeks later, I spilled a very small amount of lukewarm coffee on my phone and cleaned it immediately. It was obvious that the liquid resistance offered by the Pixel 7 had been ruined, along with the fingerprint, when the screen was replaced incorrectly. The phone was rendered completely useless from a tiny spill. I went in hoping to get a refund for my initial $200 spent on the repair (much less the cost of a replacement phone). Instead, I was offered $30 off of yet another $200 repair. I was also told I needed to “take responsibility for spilling my coffee” and that the owner (I presume) had his costs to worry about. So according to this business… The phone doesn’t offer a software feature after repair? It is Google’s fault for not fixing a bug that they did in fact already fix. The phone doesn’t provide the factory offered liquid resistance after repair? It is the owner’s fault for spilling liquid. I hate to push for the chain-owned shops, but I highly recommend using a Google authorized repair shop that offers a warranty on their work. Google lists them for Tulsa on their phone store website. The authorized shop I took it to next didn’t try to sell me a (barely discounted) $200 screen repair that was past its usefulness, they properly advised me to make an insurance claim and get a new phone. Barely cracked screen to a ruined phone in a just few weeks thanks to Cellular Repair & Exchange | Smartphone & Mobile Device Repair."
"I called several of the repair services in Tulsa. This was the only one where I got to speak with a capable human. They answered my questions honestly & directly. When I showed up, the premises were humble, but to the point. They did exactly what they said they could do...but way quicker than advertised. If you know what you want, and you can communicate that directly to these excellent professionals.....this is the place for you. Don't waste their time otherwise."
