"I called and explained the problem with my refrigerator and the lady said they would have someone out later that day. I asked for a price quote and she told me it would be an automatic 1 hr labor charge for coming out at $89 but that did not include any parts. The technician showed up on time and refused to wear a mask after my wife asked him to. She explained to him that her father is in the hospital with covid and she can't afford to take any chances and he still refused. I just let my wife leave the room while he worked then disinfected afterwards. He showed up at 4 pm and was finished at 430 pm. All he had to do was unclog a drain. He did not use any parts and charged us $140 for a half hour of labor. I will never use this company again. They are dishonest and don't care about anyone but themselves."

"Well, they were able to come out about a week after I called (Thanksgiving holiday in between). The tech was not wearing a mask and when I asked about it, he said he couldn't for medical reasons. He walked pretty quickly without getting winded so I frankly didn't believe him and should have sent him away but I needed my oven fixed... this is just an observation for those who take covid seriously and did not affect my rating considering that I don't know whether he truly had a condition. the tech troubleshot the issue and seemed nice enough. He went to his vehicle and wrote up a quote. The quote was for an oven main control board and he warned me that it would be pricey. The part was quoted at $456 and the labor at $140. At that price, we were just going to use the toaster oven for a while until we could afford a new oven. Later, I looked up the part and the parts diagrams online to see how much a diy would cost. I found the genuine oem part for $131 online. It was relatively easy to replace and took maybe thirty minutes with some YouTube video watching for guidance. I wouldn't have minded paying $140 not to have to do it myself but to pay $456 for a $131 part is insane. So in the end, I paid a tech $89 to troubleshoot my oven and I will try to find a more reasonable appliance repair if I ever need one again."
