"My experience was a couple years ago but I think it's probably still relevant. I had a Galaxy S9+ that needed a new screen. I forget how much they charged but it was in the ball park of $230. For that I got a screen from aliexpress installed improperly. It only took two days, but the day I got it back, I got a little bit of water on it and the touch screen stopped responding. This is a phone I could comfortably dunk under water for a few seconds in the past but now it's submitting to a counter top spill. When I took it back and said this, the guy thought it was a good time to say 'there's no such thing as waterproof'. A terrible deflect but a clear sign that he isn't going to take responsibility. I later found that the back of the phone didn't take much to remove. They never replaced the adhesive. They just stuck the back right back on. Comprimising the water tight seal. True quality. Plus the place smelled strongly of masked body oder. I don't even know for a fact that the screen is off brand but the home button was no longer pressure activated. That and considering the corners cut so far. 'Adhesive is still adhesive. Just stick it back on he wont be able to tell. It compromised the water resistance? Just blame the customer for getting it wet! Smelling pretty ripe? Good thing febreze exists.' The screen protector they gave me didn't even fit. This is what you're paying name brand prices for"
"Super thankful for Shah’s great service tonight. Stopped in fifteen minutes til closing, not even sure if they’d be able to help me with a smashed screen. He fixed my phone right up for me and and was so quick and kind. Appreciate you so much! Definitely recommend."
"Excellent experience with Repair Pros. Heather was very responsive on their website chat and then did great, quick work when I brought my Nintendo Switch Lite in for a control stick repair. She also gave me a good deal on the service. A third the price of what a competitor charged and zero wait time for service to start. I just brought it in and she was done in about an hour. Will absolutely be going back here for my next repair need for a game issue or phone. Thanks!"
"Wife had a busted iPad screen. Took it to Repair Pros in Broken Arrow and they replaced the screen in record time. The iPad looks new out of the box and the cost was minimal compared to other locations. Highly recommend. Gio did a great job!"
"before I dropped off the phone to have it repaired, I sent in a message asking if the screen compatibility would've been an issue, which I was told that it wouldn't be if I still hade the original screen. a few days later I went to pick up my phone from repair and when I turned it on, it gave me a warnings about using a non-genuine apple screen, so someone dropped the ball and I was told two different things. also, the screen was sticking out of the phone by a little bit and when I tried to press it down, I heard broken glass from the old screen crunching against the new one. eventually I just sold the phone for enough money to pay for the repair, but still kind of irritated about it."
