"Bowling heat and air replaced our entire system in October of 2023. They went out of their way to squeeze us in on the same day to diagnose the original system and get the new system ordered right away when we decided to replace. We had a small issue (manufacturer issue, not Bowling Heat and Airs fault) with the auxiliary heat not kicking on properly today (3 degrees outside temp). I contacted Ronald around noon on a Sunday and he was at our house and had the problem fixed before 3pm. Absolutely amazing service from an honest business owner and operator.
