"They got my tires ordered and in on the same day I called. It took them less than 30 minutes to change and balance my front tires on my suv. I will go back to them before going anywhere else for all my tire needs. They can even service my trailer and tractors!"

"The stars are because I tried to communicate with the staff about exactly what I needed instead they brushed me off after having waited about 20 minutes and said to come back in an hour. I did, I still had to wait another 24 minutes before the lady came to see what I needed. Then I was told to wait some more. Another 30 minutes went by and finally it was my turn. They couldn't fix my flat and didn't have the tire size I needed! After all that, over an hour and a half wasted and they couldn't even help me. Not exactly good customer service. It's the only place in town so I guess they have that going for them. I will continue to go to Norman to EC tires where they are attentive to everyone and are very fast and reasonably priced as well. This place I will take a huge pass on. Never again will I get that hour and a half of my life back and never again will they get a chance at my business."
