"I am military and out of state. I contacted R&R and was told it was a $75 dollar minimum to get my clogged toliets fixed. They came to the house tried to snake my toliets, when that did not work they started digging up my backyard. They didn't find the valve they were looking for to fix my toliets so didn't charge me thank goodness! The company was responsive and quick so I gave them 2 stars since most of the other companies cost over $100 an hour and could not come that day, but since they couldn't fix it I can not rate the result of the job."
