"For the South Tulsa store, they got Cheap Booze but the hired folks have very little customer service desire. The old store in Tulsa was the best. Years ago, there was a older Gentleman there who helped show me on how to make "Rattlesnake"( that tells you how long ago this was) I still remember that concoction to this very day."

I've been in the bourbon game for a while, so I know the prices. But I couldn't help but think that this experience might hurt new bourbon enthusiasts. Let's start with the positives. The staff at the liquor store was undeniably friendly and eager to assist when I was looking for specific bourbons. They were knowledgeable about the store's inventory and took the time to answer my questions and provide recommendations. Their approachable and helpful demeanor made the initial part of my visit quite pleasant. However, my excitement was short-lived when I couldn't find the specific bourbon I was looking for on their shelves. Not having the desired product in stock is understandable, as it can happen at any retail establishment. I was prepared to move on and try my luck elsewhere, which brings me to the less positive part of my experience. While I was willing to accept the unavailability of the bourbon I sought, I was disappointed by the attempt to sell me an alternative, in this case, the Elijah Craig Toasted, at what I believed to be an overinflated price. The staff member suggested this alternative with enthusiasm, but when I inquired about the cost, I was surprised to hear it was being sold for over $60. I was already aware that this bourbon is typically available for a lower price in other places, ranging from $43 to $49. I've been in the bourbon game for a while, so I know the prices. But I couldn't help but think that this experience might hurt new bourbon enthusiasts. It was a bit disheartening to feel like I might have been taken advantage of, as I appreciate honesty and transparency when making purchases. I kindly shared my knowledge about the pricing I had seen elsewhere, but it seemed like the staff member was insistent on the higher price. While I respect that businesses have their own pricing strategies, I believe it's important for customers to feel that they are being treated fairly and that their best interests are being considered."

"I have been here several times and always find nice helpful staff. They have a large selection of wines and spirits . The beer selection is also very good. I was after some bourbon that many stores were out of but they had. Go by check them out maybe you will find something you have been missing."

"Great selection of wines, beer, and spirits. Good prices. There are usually a few helpful staff members available to assist with the ones in wine being quite knowledgeable. Parking can be a challenge during the busy times. No veterans discount."

"This is my go-to location if I am looking for something difficult to find. If they don't have it, they can try and order it. The sommelier was very helpful every time I have a question or ask for a recommendation for wine as well."
