"I shared a beautiful experience watching a.dear family member become a US Citizen. It was an overwhelming joyful emotion watching her and others for many different nations become Americans. A real accomplishment for them!!! Bravo! One tip if you have other family members or friends that want to watch. Officially, they only let you have one person join you. Sometimes, if you ask, don't be shy...just be polite...and they have seats...you can have others join you in the ceremony room."
"Free parking located behind the building. There are elevators right when you enter the facility that can take you to the 4th floor for immigration. You will have to go through a metal detector, no weapons allowed. In case you are carrying something like a pocket knife, they will confiscate it and not return it."
"Today I walked out of the immigration office in Salt Lake City with a customer service!! I had a great experience. My opinion is not based on the results I have walked out with, it is based on seeing that we are back to the core values which this country has been originally established back 200 years ago. Thank you officer, and all the staff for your kindness and sincerity! You should pass along the training to the rest of the government agencies, which still have ways to go how to treat the people they actually work for."
"I had the privilege of attending an immigration ceremony in this office building. This office staff was friendly and everyone eager to celebrate becoming an official American Citizen. Thankful for the memory and to be American. PSA there is there is not a Public restroom. It had a key pad code on it so you could not use it. As of 7/13 you still need to wear face masks in the building."
