Herriman dog park

"Our medium build husky enjoys the smells and options for fur buddies to play with. We like the amount of space this dog park provides in the area we live in. We haven’t been in the summer yet. We were surprised that even when it’s wet/snowy, our dog doesn’t leave muddy. We like the path where we can walk around and watch our dog at the same time. We have seen there is additional parking but haven’t needed to use it yet. We like the spaces to sit and explore as dog owners. The view is breath taking and I hope there will be more larger parks such as this in the future. I also like that there is more than one entrance and exit and options for water when the park water closes. These are also brooms available and certain sections and dog bags provided in both park sections. Compared to the West Jordan dog park, there is not a designated area for small or anxious dogs. Compared to daybreak, there is not an area for a “time-out” section. I haven’t noticed a bathroom area."

"*Loved* the diversity of dogs and the wide open scape of this dog park! Our dog is younger, but he was able to get along well with many of the other dogs this morning and the other owners were all *super* nice! Wide open fields and full gated so you can let your pup explore unhindered. Watering stations with bowls to help keep your dog watered and stations to help discard waste. Even saw a crew of people come to help maintain the grounds. *Such* a nice place! Highly recommend!"

"The place itself is nice. Cute little park. Wish they had more parking. I usually have to go somewhere else as I'm not a fan of parking on the street."

"I come from Saratoga Springs everyday bc this is the best park we’ve found. It has so much room and it actually has grass. Anytime of day there’s at least one other dog there too. I work evenings so I don’t usually run into the issue of it being too full. I’ve seen other comments on the garbages but that’s just bc so many people come to the park. I always bring my own bags just incase they’re out. Not that big of a deal."
