"For spas that are supposed to be, and absolutely could be at the TOP of the industry, these things are GARBAGE. Why in a 2022 model year $10,000+ spa: -Is the front panel so difficult to open and close? -Does the fit and finish on the garbage front panel not even line up? -Are some jets nearly impossible to turn on and off? -Does the garbage plastic filter housing still bang around and make constant noise, like any other spa? -Is the water system not self-purging from typical airlock situations? Absolute rubbish. Especially from a company that totally could do better, this kind of work is an embarrassment. You guys just couldn’t take it all the way, could you?"

"03/01/23 [FOLLOW THIS POST] I ordered a cover the first week in December I have called bullfrog International no less than 30 times I have a piece of plywood covering my spa it's embarrassing, the majority of the times that I call it goes to voicemail I leave messages nobody calls me back I've spoken to my dealer they don't know what's going she has left multiple messages as well with no results? The worst service I've ever dealt with after spending over $10,000 I wish I never bought this Spa. I called every single dealer rep on their teleprompt and called every single extension that was offered and they all went to a voicemail and the one reception number that says no one's available please leave your name and number that goes to a voicemail ironically it won't permit you to leave a message on it because it says it's full??? I spoke to one person on the showroom floor he said he doesn't know who to send me to and I spoke to a receptionist who said she will personally walk my information over and someone will call me back in a couple minutes that was an hour ago still no call back.......... Horrible service 3 months for a replacement cover and probably an hour and a half wasted on the phone. So much for made in the USA this company should be called...... B•••S••• not Bullfrog 03/2/23 Called again today spoke with the same reception that says yesterday who said she will walk it over and have somebody call me back that was an hour ago"

"Awful crew. Blocked driveway while installing a spa for a neighbor, not allowing me access to leave or come to my home. The spa was already off and the truck did not need to be there. I asked twice, but they did not care. Dinner ruined since I needed to go to the store. Thoughtless crew usually means it runs all the way up to the top. It’s against the law to block a homeowner driveway. I should have called the cops and had them slapped with a fine. I would never buy from a company with employees like the ones I encountered today."

"I have owned a Bull Frog Spa for over 4 years. In that time we have had 0 mechanical problems until 2 weeks ago. I opened the cover to enjoy the hot tub and all the water had drained out! I took the front cover off and found out that we had a leak (duh). We called Bullfrog and a repair person came the next week. The repair person stated the pump was the cause of the leak. Not knowing anything about how hot tubs work I assume he was honest. He replaced the pump and now the spa works great. The cost of the repairs was $571. It was I felt the repair work was overpriced. The receipt did not provide a break down of the part cost and the labor cost separately. I love the hot tub and repairs were done so hot tub works great. But the cost repair is the only reason for my 1 star deduction"
