"horrible customer service. I ordered the wrong part, and immediately reached out to them to cancel the order, did not receive any messages back for a week so I sent another email, again no response. I reached out to them via messenger, no response. called them, they did not pick up. I left a review and finally after a few days they responded. I would respond and not hear for them for a couple days. finally they accepted my return after charging me some silly restocking fee. I sent the part back but they said I did not send it back within the allotted time frame which they didn't tell me about in their messages, they only told me about the restocking fee and me having to pay shipping. that's ok that they have that policy, I understand. however, I think when a company like this one, can't conduct business properly on their end, I expect some leniency when it comes to certain policies. you think a company would try and make the situation right? apparently not. it's honestly a little sketchy. I won't do business with them again, and I recommend buying your used auto parts somewhere else."

"Be careful people he puts fake mileage and wrong years on parts in order to fake that they are newer than they really are. While you think your part has under 100k it's over 150k ended up hearing stories from people that used to work there and just want to make everyone is aware. UPDATE:12/29/2020 They are now trying to get away selling fake brembos. Be careful owner of this place is a liar and cheat. One of those people that became greedy and is worried more about a dollar now instead of quality."
