"Stopped in looking for a rare coin battery, they were out of stock, however I was informed that they couldn't sell it directly, they were required to install it for $15.00 ) in addition to the battery cost. The vehicle key fob I need it for would take 15 seconds to replace the battery (I know, I've done it before). That works out too $1.00 per second of install time. This is ludicrous. Needless to say I left. Batteries Plus, please do better!!!"

"I drove an hour. They sold me a $280 group 35 Optima battery to go in a 2018 GMC Sierra. I questioned how small it was and had them put it next the the X2 they had which was a group 48. It was 2/3 the size and goes in Hondas. They assured me it would work. Got home, went to put it it in and you can't attach the GMC electrical plate to it b/c of how small it was. Called and they pretty much said too bad, bring it back. We'll swap it out. I looked. Optima doesn't even make a Sierra battery. They were gonna swap it out with another battery that doesn't fit. First and last time going there."
