"I was in with my 2 year old and the owner had his dog in there. We are dog lovers. My child goes to see the dog and squeaks a toy….the owner is on a “conference call” which he had on speaker and while he was walking through the store and asked us to leave. Apparently he couldn’t have gone in an office area to have this conversation. We left and won’t be returning.…"

"Steve is the owner, he is so knowledgable in Ebikes. I will add that he and his staff are also very patient and considerate with his customers. I spent a couple days there, tying to find the best fit for myself and my husband. The store also has a huge variety of bikes that you can try out, along with many accessories. The bikes are priced accordingly as well. I found that the other store I checked out was extremely over priced, with not much of a selection."
