"Misty called to make an appointment with me. The day of the appointment I didn’t see Jared show up nor did I get a call from him. I made the call because he was late and did not show up. The roofer Jared said he was backed up with appointment so he wanted to come at a later time of course we couldn’t do the time he said that’s why it’s call appointment! We then went ahead and book another time later that week. The exact thing happen, no call, no show. I called the office and Jared came up with another excuse that it was raining, I lived in Collinsville so he could had came or had the audacity to call to say he couldn’t come and backed up with his appointments again. We booked the next week after and this time he was late. I had called another company (Conrad roofing) and came before 918 construction."
