There were some communication issues about the color of the plaster so I ended up not getting exactly what I wanted but that being said the pool turned out beautifully. They did say if I wasn't happy with it they would start the process again and give me exactly what I wanted. I didn't want to start the process again and am pleased with how it turned out. "If we could give six stars, we would. We had just bought a house and the pool was a nightmare. And a liner pool which is hard to find service for. Mark was prompt, experienced and made is feel comfortable about our needs. He explained it would be several days of treatment to get it to winterize. His tech, John, was also prompt, courteous and quite versed in what he needed to do. They were very reasonable in their fee. And did not change it even when with all they had to do. Can't be more pleased. Look forward to having them take care of us in the future. Thanks."
